Instructional Technology Services support all learners—including students with IEPs, English Learners, Gifted and Talented students and at-risk populations—through expert guidance and collaborative coaching.
Through coaching in accessibility, assistive technology, digital citizenship, blended learning, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), AEAs help schools ensure that instructional tools and digital resources meet the diverse needs of every student.

- Review, select, and implement High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM)
- Integrate artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies
- Adopt digital curricula aligned with state and national standards
- Implement Computer Science as a required part of Iowa’s curriculum
